DLF has entered into a collaboration to acquire an additional 7.48 acres of land in Gurugram. This addition will increase its total development potential to 36 acres. The new land is contiguous to a previously acquired 28.5-acre parcel. DLF plans to launch projects in both Gurugram and Mumbai within the upcoming quarters. Their recent sales in Gurugram generated significant revenue, reflecting strong market demand.
County’s largest real estate developer DLF has entered into a collaboration for a fresh 7.48 acres of land, which is contiguous to 28.5 acre land on the Golf Course Extension road in Gurgaon, it had acquired two years ago, taking the total development potential to 36-acre.This will be one the biggest development on this micro-market in Gurugram as Oberoi Realty, Godrej Properties and Sobha have already announced the projects here while NCR-based Tarc, Max Estates, Anant Raj Ltd, BPTP, Elevate and M3M are already doing projects in the same locality.

“About two years back, we had done a transaction through acquisition of bonds of 28.5 acres of land from Ireo. There was a 7.06 acre parcel, which had some encumbrances needed to be removed. Those were done this quarter, and the complete payment of that was made. We also entered into a collaboration for a fresh 7.48 acres of land, which is contiguous to these 28 acres. So, eventually, it will be a 36-acre land parcel contiguous in sector 61 that we'll have. Some small payment was also made for that,” DLF Managing Director Ashok Kumar Tyagi said during the Q2FY27 analyst call.

Company’s last project in the micro market The Arbour was sold out in three days, generating sales of Rs 8,000 crore
Two years ago, DLF had paid Rs 825 crore to the lender who had control over the 28-acre land with a development potential of 7.5 million sq ft.
It has not announced the launch plan on this land parcel.
“The potential is enhanced now after this addition and hopefully by Q4, we should be able to conclude this entire transaction,” Tyagi said.
DLF is also gearing up to launch the next phase of its Mumbai residential project, The Westpark, in the December quarter of FY27, following the complete sellout of the development’s first phase, which generated sales bookings of over Rs 2,300 crore.
“We are gearing up for both this Mumbai launch for Q3, and then of course there’s a Gurgaon one, and then the Dahlias continue,” said Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Limited.
The company launched the first phase of The Westpark on July 17, 2025. All four towers, comprising 416 residential units, were subsequently sold out in less than a week.
The first phase spans approximately 5.18 acres and forms part of a larger 10-acre master plan.
DLF Home Developers, a wholly owned subsidiary of DLF Limited, partnered with Trident Realty to develop the project, located off Link Road in Andheri West. The development marked DLF’s entry into Mumbai’s residential market.
DLF reported net profit of Rs 1,301 crore during July-September up from Rs 1,171 crore during the same period in the last financial year.
Company reported new sales bookings of Rs 3,800 crore during the quarter. The Aureva in Gurugram, DLF’s luxury retirement housing project, witnessed a complete sell out.
Consolidated revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 2,298 crore while EBITDA stood at Rs 1,060 crore.
