RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited today inaugurated a 154,000 sq. ft. office at Manyata Tech Park, Embassy Manyata, Bengaluru, strengthening its presence in one of its fastest-growing locations.

RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited is a subsidiary of RSM US LLP (RSM), the U.S. member firm of RSM International, a global network of independent assurance, tax and consulting firms.

Bengaluru plays an important role in RSM’s growth, bringing together integrated teams and specialized capabilities across consulting, tax, assurance, technology, digital transformation, innovation and business operations.

The expanded presence strengthens RSM’s ability to support globally integrated delivery and increasingly complex, higher-value work across the firm, while reinforcing its commitment to one of India’s most important technology, innovation and Global Capability Centre hubs.

“In the last three years, our headcount has grown by about 135 per cent across the country and about 200 per cent in Bengaluru specifically. In India, over the last five years, we have moved from about 700 people to 4200 people,” Ashokkumar Prabhakar, India Leader, RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited, said. The new Bengaluru office nearly triples RSM’s office footprint in the city.

He added that growth is driven by client demand and the centre’s maturity in building capabilities. It has evolved into a mature capability centre for the global company, taking responsibility for outcomes and client impact, and currently serves clients in the US and Canada.

“India is a significant cog in the wheel from a growth engine perspective for three reasons — in the digital space, we are doing a lot of stuff. Second, in a capability space, we are identifying niche skills and building them. Third, we do integrated delivery jointly with our member firms in the US and Canada,” Prabhakar shared.

Across its four India locations, the company primarily delivers three client-facing services: audit, tax and consulting. It also has a larger digital innovation team and smaller finance and HR shared services teams.

The new office was inaugurated by Priyank Kharge, Karnataka’s Minister for Home Affairs, Information Technology, Biotechnology and E-Governance, reinforcing Bengaluru’s position as a leading hub for technology, innovation, talent and Global Capability Centre growth.
